Terms and Conditions :

1. All drivers and passengers must be 18 years or older.
2. All drivers and passengers must agree to the Safety and Privacy rules as outlined in this agreement.
3. All drivers and passengers must agree to pay their monthly membership fee of R49.00.
4. All drivers and passengers must be respectful to each other and not engage in any harassing or disrespectful behavior.
5. Lift Club Connect is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur, whether caused by the drivers or passengers.
6. Lift Club Connect is not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses that may occur.
7. Lift Club Connect is not responsible for any damages caused by the drivers or passengers.
8. Lift Club Connect is not responsible for any acts of negligence by either the drivers or passengers.
9. Lift Club Connect reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service/services at any time without notice.
10. Lift Club Connect reserves the right to refuse service/services to anyone at any time.
11. Lift Club Connect is not liable for any delays, cancellations and any other circumstances beyond its control.
12. Lift Club Connect is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
13. Lift-Club Connect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without any notice.
14. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the drivers and passengers acknowledge that they understand and agree to the Safety, Privacy and terms of use agreement.
15. The drivers and passengers also acknowledge that Lift Club Connect is not liable for any damages, losses, or personal injuries that may occur.
